Comprising three decks, each containing 55 questions, “Snooze Talk” offers varying levels of seriousness, represented by different animals based on the quality of their sleep: the giraffe, the barn owl, and the koala bear. While “Snooze Talk” does not provide direct solutions to these issues, it encourages self-evaluation and awareness, which are essential steps towards making positive lifestyle changes.
